كيف تترجمة المودلز إلى اللغة العربية؟

" can , could , may , might , will , would , shall , should , must , ought to "

(A)

" will , would , shall " تترجم لـ سـ / سوف :

e.g. He will forgive me !

سـ / سوف يغفر لي / يسامحني !

(B)

" can , may , must " تترجم لـ " يستطيع / يمكن / يجب + أن :

e.g. we may walk.

يمكننا أن نمشي ،

" shall " تترجم لـ يجب :

That's mean shall = must

e.g. The defendant shall appear before the court at once.

يجب على المدعى عليه أن يمثل فوراً أمام المحكمة.

(D)

" should " تترجم دائماً لـ يجب :

e.g. I should believe my parents

يجب علي أن أصدق والدي !

(E)

" could , would , might " = possibility ، تترجم لـ قد / يمكن أن :

e.g. she could blame herself.

e.g. she would blame herself.

e.g. she might blame herself.

كلها نفس المعنى : قد / يمكن أن تلوم نفسها .
